ABOUT ME

I started studying Counselling as a post-graduate in Psychology in the early 1990's but felt that I needed to experience more of life before I could embody the therapist I wanted to be.

I have over 10 years experience in the NHS working on projects and supporting staff in a Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. I have completed four years advanced clinical training as a Psychotherapist in the field of Transactional Analysis and hold a Diploma in TA Practice. I have specific experience in youth and bereavement services along with general counselling  work. I have a particular interest in early attachment and developmental trauma and am currently in my third year of clinical training in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy.
